Dear valued customers, suppliers and general public,
Xpanse has continued to actively monitor the ongoing effects that COVID-19 is having on our community.
Following new advice from the WA State Government, Xpanse have returned to Level 3 of our COVID-19 Response Plan which has resulted in the closing of our West Perth office and moving our staff to permanent “work from home” status as a result of the 5 day lockdown announced from 6pm on January 31st, 2021.
We’d like to reassure all customers once again that apart from the closure of our office, it is very much still “business as usual” for all Xpanse staff. Our XITIM service agreement customers will continue to be serviced as per normal and all our regular communication channels have been re-routed accordingly to accommodate the relocation of our workforce. You can still contact our sales staff directly on their mobile phones or via the Xpanse switchboard on +61 8 9322 6767.
Like all West Australians, we are continuing to monitor the situation and adapt our response plan as further WA State Government recommendations are made over the course of the next 5 days.
Once again, we thank you for your support and understanding and we hope you and your families stay safe during this time.

On behalf of everyone at Xpanse, we wish all our customers and vendors a safe and happy Christmas.
Xpanse COVID-19 Response – Update 3
June 26th, 2020Dear valued customers, vendors and general public,
Further to our post on March 27th, Xpanse have successfully mitigated the risk imposed by COVID-19 to our staff and customers by remaining at response Level 3 until Government advice on May 18th advised that a downgrade to Level 2 was deemed safe. Having returned to our split team in-office roster since that time, and following further advice from the Western Australian Government authorising Phase 4 eased restrictions, Xpanse will be downgrading to Level 1 of our response plan from Monday June 29th.
This further downgrade will see all Xpanse staff returning to the Xpanse office, whilst continuing to maintain adequate social distancing and personal hygiene protocols. Whilst our team will be returning to the office at this date, Xpanse will still be favouring virtual meetings over face-to-face meetings until the Western Australian Government advise that Phase 5 eased restrictions will be enacted.
We would like to thank all our valued customers and vendors for working with us over the past three months to minimise the disruption and inconvenience caused by our COVID-19 response. The health and safety of our staff, customers and vendors remains our top priority as we monitor how WA is further impacted by the easing of these restrictions.

Xpanse COVID-19 Response – Update 1
March 24th, 2020Dear valued customers, suppliers and general public,
Further to our original post on March 16th, Xpanse has continued to actively monitor the ongoing effects that COVID-19 is having on our community. As a result of advice from the WA state Government and the Federal Government, Xpanse have moved to Level 2 of our COVID-19 Response Plan which includes a range of increased social distancing measures.
Some of these increased measures include:
• Our workforce has been split into two groups, with alternating work from home/work in office days
• Our staff are no longer using public transport for any type of travel
• All non-essential, in-person meetings and onsite professional service engagements have been suspended
We are asking all our customers to support us in our approach by permitting Xpanse engineers to perform service works remotely where ever possible. We continue to support our XITIM managed service customers under these new guidelines, which we can do without interruption.
Xpanse are continuing to actively monitor the situation and will provide further updates as necessary.
Thanks for your continued support and understanding.
Xpanse COVID-19 Response
March 16th, 2020Dear valued customers, suppliers and general public,
This update is to inform you of what measures Xpanse are taking in light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 global pandemic.
Xpanse has implemented a multi-tiered COVID-19 Response Plan to assess and mitigate the risk this virus poses to ourselves and our customers. We are in active discussions with our suppliers and distributors to ensure that any potential supply chain issues are identified as early as possible. As of March 16th, all our suppliers and distributors are confident that their supply chain will not be affected in the near future, and we are continuing to actively engage with them to understand any changes as they come to light.
Internally, Xpanse have adopted social distancing and personal hygiene protocols and are prepared for increased isolation requirements including working from home, based on the advice of Government and Health Department officials. As of March 16th, all non-essential in-person meetings have been cancelled until further notice.
We appreciate your support and understanding as we work through these challenging times and we encourage you to check back here regularly as the situation evolves.
